The Big Room is a flexible 4,650-square-feet of possibility for your next event. With a full wall of windows overlooking downtown Des Moines, our space can be transformed into the perfect backdrop for your wedding, corporate party, large-group meeting and more. The Small Room is a space where you can create, collaborate and hold meetings of the minds, including workshops and training sessions! For larger events, this light-filled conference room can double as a bridal room, break-out session space or intimate luncheon area.
Creative Community
Mainframe Studios is a creative community for artists of all types and disciplines. Hosting your event at Mainframe not only means supporting our local arts community, but also brings a sense of creativity to your gathering. Ask our staff about how you can incorporate the work or expertise of one of our resident artists into your next event.
Catering & Bar Service
We make it easy for you by offering our amazing in-house caterer, Tangerine Food Company, who can help you curate the perfect menu for your event. As our in-house caterer, Tangerine provides both catering and bar service for private events at Mainframe Studios and holds the liquor license for the space, meaning they must be used for all alcoholic beverages. You can find out more about Tangerine's wide range of options at tangerinefoodco.com. However, you’re welcome to choose an outside food caterer for an additional fee. Just let us know, and we’ll help make your event a success!
